Project “The Border”

The group of games titled “Border” are abstract compositions in which scans were used MRI of the brain, juxtaposed with cell images, space images, transformed maps. They illustrate the conventional boundaries that build our world and their coexistence and mutual penetration on many levels. Some elements of the composition go beyond the created boundaries, bursting apart them. Some are contained in them, others exceed them. There is movement and a sense of constant change and vibration here. This is to show the processes of continuous border crossing and their constant changeability. Listed works together, they use and represent similar forms, but in each image they look and interact with themselves in a different way. They give the impression that they could be transformed endlessly.
